How To Initiate a Return: In the event that you need to return an item, we want to make the process as seamless as possible for you.
Please follow the steps outlined below:
- Check Your Items: Before initiating a return, please note that all products sold by weight, all bagged products, special order items, and non-stock items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Submit a Return Request: To initiate a return, please submit a return request. You can do this by logging into your account, navigating to your order history, and selecting the item(s) you wish to return.
- Provide Photos: To ensure a smooth pickup process, we ask that you email clear photos of the stone or interlock that was delivered to you. This helps us confirm that the material is still packaged in a manner that enables our drivers to safely load it onto our trucks. Please send these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Prepare for Pickup: If you're returning a hardscape product that we need to pick up, please ensure the items are accessible and safely packaged for transport. Our drivers will appreciate your help in this!
- Packaging: Keep in mind that all returns must be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. Please handle the products with care.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that they meet our return conditions, we will process your return. You'll receive an email confirming this, and a refund will be issued minus the 25% restocking fee and any applicable delivery charges.
- Final Sale Items: Certain products have unique conditions that limit our ability to accept returns. All products sold by weight, as well as all bagged products, special order items, and non-stock items are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned due to the risk of contamination or changes in their condition once purchased.
